Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise. Where the singular is used, it includes the plural and vice versa. Where any gender is used, it includes all genders. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

References to any statute or statutory provision include any subordinate legislation made under it and any amendment, modification, re-enactment, or replacement of it. References to "including" or "includes" are illustrative and not exhaustive.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

berbdt is an adults-only platform. To register an account and use the berbdt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. berbdt strictly enforces this requirement. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed, all transactions reversed where possible, and the matter reported in accordance with applicable child protection guidelines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any form of legal guardianship that restricts your ability to enter into financial agreements.
• Personal Use: You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party. Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the berbdt platform or any other gambling platform where such self-exclusion would apply to berbdt services.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active berbdt account. Each individual is permitted one account only. If you have previously had an account closed by berbdt for breach of these Terms, you may not open a new account without prior written approval from berbdt support.
• Truthful Registration: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information — including false date of birth, false name, or false payment method details — is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Verification

To access betting markets, casino games, and financial services on berbdt, you must complete the registration process. Registration requires you to provide a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, a mobile number accessible within Bangladesh, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth.

berbdt implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may be triggered at berbdt's discretion at any point during the account lifecycle. KYC documentation required may include, but is not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport; a document confirming your address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar dated within 90 days); and, where required, evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. berbdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your username and password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact berbdt support immediately at [email protected]. All activity conducted through your account prior to berbdt being notified of any breach of security is your responsibility.

• Username: Must be unique, must not impersonate any person or entity, and must not contain offensive language. berbdt reserves the right to require a change of username at any time.
• Password Security: You must choose a strong, unique password for your berbdt account. berbdt recommends using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Account Updates: You must notify berbdt promptly if any of your registration details change, including contact email address and mobile number. Updates can be submitted via the account settings panel or through support.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. berbdt will notify the account holder via email before applying any dormancy-related administrative fees as permitted under these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

berbdt supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and internet banking via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit for standard accounts, however higher-value deposits may trigger additional verification requirements. Deposits made via mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your berbdt account within 60 seconds of successful transmission. berbdt does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. KYC-verified accounts using mobile wallet channels can expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. berbdt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control applied to all player accounts.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard account withdrawal limits apply on a daily and weekly basis. Players requiring higher withdrawal limits may request a limit review by contacting support and completing any additional verification steps required.
• Declined Withdrawals: berbdt may decline a withdrawal request if the account has not completed KYC verification, if there are active bonus wagering requirements outstanding, if the withdrawal would breach anti-money laundering obligations, or if berbdt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). berbdt does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a genuine berbdt transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms. berbdt will suspend the relevant account pending investigation and may pursue recovery of any reversed funds through appropriate legal channels.

Bonuses & Promotions

berbdt offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, and sports betting enhanced odds promotions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers on the berbdt platform unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. The contribution schedule is published on the promotions page and may be updated from time to time.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with another offer. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in breach of this rule will result in forfeiture of all but the first claimed bonus.
• Abuse & Exploitation: berbdt monitors bonus redemptions for patterns of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated bonus exploitation across accounts. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
• berbdt's Discretion: berbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification or withdrawal will have their position assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the berbdt platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming any bet. berbdt will not accept responsibility for bets placed in error, including incorrect selection of teams, markets, stake amounts, or game parameters.

Sports Betting: berbdt's sportsbook covers cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other major international sports. Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published in berbdt's sports rules documentation. Generally, if a match is not completed within 24 hours of its scheduled start time (Bangladesh Standard Time), bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Casino Games: All RNG casino games (slots, table games, virtual games) use independently audited random number generators. berbdt does not influence game outcomes. Live dealer games are provided by third-party studios and are subject to those studios' game rules in addition to berbdt's general terms. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, the game round will be resolved based on the state of play at the time of disconnection as recorded by the game server.

• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by player tier, account verification status, and prevailing promotional conditions.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by berbdt if it was placed on an event or market that was subsequently found to be affected by match-fixing, data errors, system malfunction, or any other factor outside of normal sporting or gaming parameters. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance.
• Prohibited Practices: The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software that interfaces with berbdt's platform without express written consent is strictly prohibited. berbdt employs detection systems to identify automated or non-human betting patterns and will suspend any account found to be using such tools.
• Palpable Errors: berbdt reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (a "palpable error"). A palpable error includes, for example, odds significantly out of line with the fair market price at the time of the bet. berbdt will notify affected players and return stakes promptly in such cases.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

berbdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that every registered player may use at any time without restriction or delay. These tools are in addition to, and not instead of, the eligibility and age-verification requirements described elsewhere in these Terms.

Players are encouraged to set personal limits on their deposit, wagering, and loss activity. These limits can be configured from the Account Settings panel within the berbdt platform. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active, during which the player may cancel the increase request. berbdt may at its absolute discretion decline to increase a limit if there are responsible gaming grounds for doing so.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps are available to all players. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until the cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no bets, deposits, or withdrawals will be accepted. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before its expiry will not be actioned without a mandatory minimum cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications showing time elapsed and net result during a gaming session. These can be set at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
• Session Time Limits: A maximum session duration can be set after which the player will be automatically logged out. The session timer resets only upon manual re-login.
• Support Access: Any player who believes their gambling is becoming a problem is encouraged to contact berbdt's support team at [email protected]. Support agents are trained in responsible gaming and can assist with immediate account restrictions, referrals to external support resources, and information about self-exclusion options.

Account Suspension & Closure

berbdt reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, using prohibited software, or facilitating or attempting to facilitate match-fixing.
• Fraud or Criminal Activity: Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used in connection with fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. In such cases, berbdt is obligated to retain all relevant transaction records and may refer the matter to law enforcement authorities.
• Failed KYC Verification: If a player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified by berbdt. Any balance held in a suspended account will be reviewed and dealt with in accordance with berbdt's anti-money laundering policies.
• Player Request: A player may request closure of their berbdt account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been resolved.
• Regulatory Requirement: In the event that berbdt is required by any applicable law, regulation, or court order to close a specific account, berbdt will comply with such requirements and take all steps reasonably necessary.

Upon closure of an account, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their individual terms. Unsettled bets on live events at the moment of closure will be voided and stakes returned. berbdt will make reasonable efforts to notify the player of the reason for account closure except where doing so would be prohibited by law or would compromise an ongoing investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through berbdt's internal dispute resolution process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. berbdt will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time) and endeavour to reach a resolution within 30 days.
